2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment.

  • Accepted payment methods:

    • Bank Transfers

    • Cash on Delivery (COD)

    • EasyPaisa/JazzCash

     

  • You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Incorrect details may delay delivery.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Shipping on all orders above 1499 PKR.

  • Delivery time: 3-7 business days (may vary for remote areas).

  • Shipping partners: Leopards, TCS, etc.

  • Risk of loss/damage transfers to you upon delivery.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • 7-day exchange policy (from delivery date). No refunds, only store credit.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with tags.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, images, text) on this site is owned by Chachu ki Dukan and protected by copyright.

  • Unauthorized use (e.g., copying product descriptions) is prohibited.

    • Delays due to natural disasters, courier issues, or events beyond our control.

    • Minor color variations in product images.

    • Damages from misuse of products.
